Our mission is to empower disadvantaged youth (ages 18-30) with technical skills in IT support, networking, and cybersecurity. We provide accessible training programs aligned with industry certifications to prepare learners for entry-level tech careers.
2. Admission Requirements
- Age: 18 to 30 years old
- No prior IT experience required
- Priority for low-income, underemployed, or underserved youth
- Must reside in [target location]
3. Program Objective and Course of Study
Schedule: 4 days per week, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Program Objectives:
- Prepare students for entry-level positions as IT Help Desk Support Specialist.
- Train students in basic IT Help Desk Support skills.
The IT Help Desk Support Training Program is a 8 week program structured across the following core courses:
- IT Fundamentals & Digital Literacy
- Intro to hardware/software, OS basics, and digital safety
- IT Helpdesk & Technical Support
- Troubleshooting, OS installation, customer service
- Career Readiness & Soft Skills (Ongoing)
- Resume building, mock interviews, teamwork
Institutional Calendar:
- Term 1: November 3, 2025 – January 9, 2026
- Term 2: February 2 – March 2, 2026
4. Program Delivery and Format
- Online learning model
- Hands-on labs with virtual machines, simulators, and tools
- Live online instruction, group projects, and mentor sessions
- Weekly assignments and capstone projects
5. Certifications and Outcomes
Participants are prepared for:
- CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+)
- CompTIA A+ (IT Support)
Graduates receive a Certificate of Completion and job placement support.
6. Attendance and Conduct Policy
Participants are required to attend at least 85% of classes. Professional conduct, respect, and commitment are expected. Violations may result in dismissal from the program.
7. Technology & Equipment Use
Laptops or internet devices may be loaned to students in need. Equipment must be returned in good condition. Misuse may result in financial responsibility or dismissal.

- Attendance is mandatory for all scheduled classes and practical training sessions.
- Students must maintain satisfactory academic progress (minimum passing grade required for each course).
- Academic integrity and professional behavior are expected at all times.
- Make-up sessions may be available for missed coursework.
- Tuition & Fees
All training and workforce development programs are free to Accutron students. Tuition is paid for by local government and foundation grants, however cost per student varies by program.
- Help Desk Support Training Fees includes:
Tuition: $1,000
Registration Fee (non-refundable): $100 (applied towards tuition)
Total Program Cost: $1,000
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 100% refund if cancellation occurs before the program starts.
- 75% refund if withdrawal occurs during the first week.
- 50% refund if withdrawal occurs during week two.
- No refunds after the third week.
- Registration fee is non-refundable.
- Code of Conduct & Student Responsibilities
- Students must adhere to ethical and professional standards.
- Harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will not be tolerated.
- Proper use of institutional facilities, equipment, and resources is required.
- Compliance with attendance and academic policies is mandatory.

The following grading scale is used to assess academic performance:

- Minimum Passing Grade
Students must earn a minimum grade of 70% (C) to successfully pass each course/module. Any grade below this standard requires remediation or repetition of the course, depending on instructor evaluation and program requirements. - Satisfactory Academic Progress
Students must maintain satisfactory academic progress throughout their training program. This includes:
- Achieving a passing grade in all required components
- Attending a minimum of 85% of scheduled classes
- Demonstrating competency in hands-on skills
Students failing to meet these benchmarks may be counseled and/or dismissed from the program.
- Complaint Resolution Policy
Students with concerns should follow the steps below:
- Attempt informal resolution by speaking with instructors or staff.
- Submit a formal written complaint to info@accutronsystems.net.
- Await review and response within 15 business days.
- If unresolved, escalate to the institution’s Executive Director or regulatory board.
